PowerNET hours for the President’s Day Holiday

PowerNET telephone tech support availability has been scheduled as follows for the President’s Day holiday weekend:
Saturday, February 13, 2010
The PowerNET technical support phone lines will be open from noon to 4:00 p.m. Walk-in service at the Prosser office will not be available on February 13th.
Sunday, February 14, 2010
The PowerNET technical support phone lines will be open from noon to 4:00 p.m. Walk-in service at the Prosser office will not be available on February 14th.
Monday, February 15, 2010
The PowerNET technical support phone lines will be open from noon to 4:00 p.m. Walk-in service at the Prosser office will not be available on February 15th.
Please note the following with regard to our normal hours of operation, which will resume starting on Tuesday, February 16th:
PowerNET tech support phone lines:
• Open from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Open from noon until 4:00 p.m., Saturday
• Open from noon until 4:00 p.m., Sunday
Prosser Office walk-in service:
• Open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Closed Saturday & Sunday
