PowerNET telephone tech support availability has been scheduled as follows for the Fourth of July holiday:
Sunday, July 4, 2010, Fourth of July Holiday
The PowerNET technical support phone lines will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Walk-in service at the Prosser office will NOT be available on July 4th.
Monday, July 5, 2010, Fourth of July Business Holiday
The PowerNET technical support phone lines will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Walk-in service at the Prosser office will NOT be available on July 5th.
Please note the following with regard to our normal hours of operation, which will resume starting on Tuesday, July 6th:
PowerNET tech support phone lines:
• Open from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
Prosser Office walk-in service:
• Open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Closed Saturday & Sunday
